On Falling

"Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no searching his understanding.

He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength. Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall:

My name is Brittany. I'm intrigued by ocean waves and sea anemones. I'm baffled by creation and caterpillars. What I love is laughing and tea. What I hate is having cold extremities. What I love to hate is peanut butter... but mmm, I love it! I live on a rainy island in the Pacific Ocean and I am proudly Canadian, and a passionate follower of Christ... though the former is difficult to define, and the later I continually fail at.

I'm a feminist in recovery, and a Calvinist in development. Cultures, colours, languages, peoples... I love traveling, I crave service - I grieve over those dying apart from Christ and I pray for a chance to serve the Lord on the missions field.

For now, I'm stumbling through nursing school and discovering life as young woman seeking to do justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with her God.
